Well-used, this cooker was designed as a test model for pastry chef Dominique Ashford. Manufactured in May 2019, the 990 ELX has markings around the top right oven, chips in the enamel, and scratching to the induction hob.
The ESSE cooker line supervisor has fully refurbished this model, replacing all worn parts, tested the functionality of the cooker, and certified the product as suitable for use. It is supplied complete with an ESSE accessories welcome pack and 1-year warranty.
