Sourdough Session with Tim Maddams & The Real Bread Campaign
Bowland Food Hall, Clitheroe will play host to an exclusive sourdough baking masterclass with Tim Maddams - private chef, writer, cookery teacher and presenter - using ESSE range cookers. The event is being held in support of The Real Bread Campaign's Sourdough September. Launched in 2008, the Campaign aims to celebrate - and encourage - people visiting small, independent, local bakeries, and to bake their own additive-free loaves at home.
