The electric EC4i has been designed for the home, but has been used and approved by Michelin-starred Chefs and Restauranteurs. Tim Maddams’ quick-grilled spring onion and mutton chops finished in the slow oven of the electric ESSE EC4i and topped with chilli and rosemary oil.
