Prices
May be subject to alterations without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of order.
Title
The property in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has paid to the Seller the whole price thereof. If not withstanding that the property in the goods has not passed to the Buyer, the Buyer shall sell the goods in such a manner as to pass to a third party a valid title to the goods, the Buyer shall hold the proceeds of such sale in trust for the Seller. The Buyer agrees that prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods the Seller may at anytime enter upon the Buyer’s premises and remove the goods there from and that prior to such payment the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for this purpose. Nothing herein shall constitute the Buyer as the agent of the Seller for the purposes of any such subsale.
Not-withstanding that the property in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer save as provided above, the goods shall be at risk of the Buyer from the time of collection by or delivery to him of the goods.
Payment for the goods shall be made on or before the date fixed in accordance with the terms agreed between the Buyer and the Seller for the operation of the account between them, in the event that payment shall not have been made by such date the Seller shall be entitled to recover from the Buyer interest on any outstanding balance at the rate of 2% per annum above the Bank of England’s minimum lending rate for the time being in force for the period from such date till the date of payment. The Buyer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in the collection of the debt.

Non-returnable except where otherwise specified.
Scheduled delivery times
Dates of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but are conditional upon breakdowns, road conditions and any other circumstances beyond our control and no liability can be accepted for any costs, losses or expenses due to late or non-delivery.
Non-delivery
Notification of non-delivery of goods should be forwarded in writing to the transport concerned and ourselves within 3 days from the date of despatch. No allowance can be made for any claim of labour, transport charges or any consequential expenses unless by previous agreement in writing.
Claims – Damage in transit
No claim for goods damaged in transit can be entertained unless notification is forwarded in writing to the transport concerned and ourselves within three days from the date of delivery.
Returns
No goods can be returned to our Works without previous notification and our consent in writing. Responsibility will not be accepted for any goods returned without such consent. A re-stocking charge of 15% will apply to all returns where the goods have been cancelled by the buyer after delivery and a carriage charge will also apply for the collection of the goods.
VAT
All prices quoted in this Website are excluding VAT. All prices quoted in this Website are subject to VAT.
