Ingredients
- 500g bread flour
- 10g salt
- 5g fast action dried yeast
- Warm water
Method
- Mix the flour salt and yeast together and add enough hot water for a slightly sticky dough.
- Allow to prove somewhere warm for a couple of hours.
- Roll out on a floured surface until as thin as you can get them, cook in a smoking pan or direct to hotplate on both sides.
