Black Saturday Victims of Australia
Pivot Stove and Heating are part of the rebuilding process which is going on in the Kings Lake and Marysville area of Australia. After the devastating fires that caused so much damage and changed peoples lives forever ripped through that part of the country.
With Every Esse cookstove sold Pivot Stoves and Heating are giving away the Esse stainless steel cookware as a way of showing that they truly care.

We love our stove it is the focal point of life for us at our cabin. Elliott (pictured) is on of two Airedales in our family and both love time in front of the Esse. We are not sure if the attraction is the warmth of the fire or the good aromas that are often present coming from the food we cook on the ESSE.

Dear ESSE
I installed one of your excellent stoves just before Christmas last and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made, although the house already benefits from oil fired central heating the addition of the Esse 300 series stove has proved to be invaluable on those long cold winter days when one is off work and at home, The Esse produces loads of heat during the periods when the central heating is off and provides a warm cosy atmosphere in my living room on these long cold winter days.

We are delighted to continue our "ESSE Cake Bake" and “The campaign for real tea”.
Three events sre where our delerd invite ESSE customers old, new and future to our showroom to join us for tea with “The Cake Cupboard” chefs baking on ESSE Cookers.
The nrxt dates are as follows:
May 7th Energy Innovation, Halifax
June 18th Markovitz, Derbyshire
The events will consist of an informal cake demonstration on various ESSE cookers, with lots of cake and tea. This is part of “The campaign for real tea” where we try to do our bit to support the national institution which is – The Tea Break.

Biathlete Charlotte’s ‘fired up’ over stove launch
Barnoldswick’s own Olympic hopeful Charlotte Edwards had her eyes on another flame when she helped to launch the latest stove from local manufacturer ESSE.
The Team GB biathlete, who is backed by the 155-year-old company, dropped in to inspect one of the first of the contemporary-styled energy efficient stoves.
“It was great to have Charlotte along,” said ESSE Sales Director Mark Blewitt at the factory and showroom in the town’s Long Ing.
“We’re proud to be backing her and hope that her next lighting up ceremony will be at the 2012 Olympics.”
Charlotte, 18, who is a student at Nelson & Colne College, recently came fourth in the European Championship biathle in Salford and tenth in the World Championship in South Africa.

Ingredients

Hay was originally used in cooking as an insulator. In grand Victorian kitchens, roasts were taken from the oven and packed in boxes lined with hay, to keep them hot when transported to shooting lunches and elaborate picnics. It was noted that the hay imparted a distinctive and delightful flavour – worth exploring for its own sake. Mutton or lamb baked in hay like this is not just tasty but unusually moist and tender.
