What ESSE Owners Think of their Cookers

"his is a thinking mans Aga"

We brought our ESSE gas CAT cooker in July 2006. We are very pleased with it. We previously had a gas Rayburn for 19 years and this ESSE is a revelation!!!. I particulary like the size of the oven, the dog bone hot plate, and the fact that it heats up very quickly from the tickover( the hot plate is super fast). We were going to buy an Aga but, as someone from your company said in an article I read recently, "This is a thinking mans Aga." I don't have any other form of cooking and the ESSE is more than adequate for our family and entertaining needs- BRILLIANT!!.

George Weldon - LPG CAT Cooker

First, I would like to Thank you for your excellent follow-up from day one in procuring, delivery and installation of my new cooker.

You did a First Class job in every way.

As for my cooker, It has been up and running for just over two weeks. I have found it to have surpassed any of my expectations.

I am familiar with AGA's; but the ease of programming this unit and the flexibility it affords not to mention the cost savings on LP are unequaled.
