Double the cooking capability of your ESSE The electric ‘Plus 2’ module takes the food handling capability of the already generously proportioned two oven ESSE into a different league. With a massive 173 litres of oven capacity and 2.4m2 of working hob space available, even the most demanding banquet or catering needs can be managed with ease.

The ultimate in cooking flexibility With four ovens, two hob areas and a grill (two grills if your ‘Plus 2’ module is partnering an electric ESSE), your cooking options are endless. And because the ‘Plus 2’ is electric and therefore totally controllable, how you use its ovens is up to you, slow cooking, roasting, simmering or baking, the choice is yours. If you choose to partner it with a gas or oil ESSE you can have the very best of both worlds, classic ‘always on’ range cooking and instant controllability with the added benefit of a grill.

Glass-ceramic four ring cooktop

The smooth black glass-ceramic cooktop which covers the top surface of the ‘Plus 2’ conceals a classic four ring configuration of high-speed radiant heating elements, two large and two medium sized. In itself the ‘Plus 2’ offers generous pan handling capability with the option to ‘overlap pans’. Add this to ESSE’s trademark dog-bone hotplate and you could, if required, boil / simmer up to ten pans simultaneously. When not in use the cooktop doubles as a useful and hygienic work surface.



New 13amp/gas Plus2

The Plus2 is available as a 13amp model with electric ovens, grill and gas hob or as a 45amp electric only companion with four ring ceramic hob. Plus2 gives you the freedom to complement your ESSE Range Cooker with additional fuelling options and cooking capacity.

The gas hob model has the additional benefits of gas/electric dual fuel and a regular 13amp electricity supply. The hob features a triple corona 3.8kW burner for a large pan or wok and rapid 3kW burner."
